Any Questions?

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We are here to provide clarification and assist you with any inquiries you may have.

  • Seasonal British flowers are always the preferred option.

I source from a variety of wholesalers, from local flower farms to the Dutch auction markets during the winter months, in order to offer a large selection to clients.

  • Of course!

Please state any preferences/ colours in the notes when adding to basket. We’ll do our best to create a beautiful arrangement using the seasons flowers, with your notes in mind.

  • Flowers- Always keep cut flowers away from direct sunlight, heat and draughts.

The gift box bouquets will arrive in either a concealed jam jar filled with a little water (please recycle jar) or a small bubble of water contained within a minimal amount of biodegradable cellophane. please remove the delivered vessel and arrange in your own vase.

After 2-3 days or so remove the arrangement from the vase and trim 1 -2cms off the bottom of the stems, wash the vase and fill with cool, fresh water mixing in the pouch of flower food you received with the flowers. Then place the flowers back in the cleaned out vase.

Remove any flowers which begin to wilt, and remove any brown petals as they appear, as some flower varieties will last longer than others.

If care instructions are followed, you can expect a vase life of 5 days, in good condition for most types of flowers, although many will last significantly longer than this.

Planted gifts- they’ll need a little sunlight so a windowsill position is great. Every few days give a few drops of water being careful not to overfill or a light spray daily.

They can also be positioned outside on your garden table.

  • Customers can check out with all major credit and debit cards.

  • Please do telephone me as I order fresh flowers throughout the week direct from the wholesalers.

However all the flowers used in the bouquets/ arrangements are bought specifically for the orders received, so a two working day notice is very helpful.

Please do telephone me as I generally tend to over order!

  • Flowers are delivered by hand and always transported in water.

Bunch Lane will always do our best to ensure that deliveries are made on the first attempt.

If the recipent is not at home when we arrive, a calling card will be left stating where we will leave them- either somewhere safe, sheltered and in water or we will try to leave them with a neighbour.
